Twin Valley Fire & Smoke took center stage May 16-18, in Morgantown, PA, establishing itself as a standout on the Mid-Atlantic scene. This KCBS-sanctioned competition featured the full Pro Series lineup—chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket.
